Mentorship

The Mentorship Workshop Course Description

The workshop is designed as a two-day, evidence based accelerated learning process in building a solid foundation in Mentorship

Mentorship is a powerful framework for giving back positive values, integrity and compassion requiring self-awareness and empathy to understand one’s own mentorship style to guide and support rather than giving good advice.

We are surrounded by rapid change and future challenges of the unknown, therefore being a Mentor may be one of the most important things a person can do.

Mentorship reaches beyond intellectual capacity and requires emotional intelligence and awareness of structure, culture and behaviour to develop character and verified confidence.

The workshop participants develop skills and tools through a reflective process between, relevant evidence based, Cognitive Coaching, Cognitive Therapy and Positive Phycology alternating between theoretical and practical exercises. Training of behavioural insight into the approaches which create clear significant results of self-awareness and developing the mentee.
